Realizing that seeding and fertilizing was going to be difficult in our soil, and due to the slopes, rain would’ve tended to wash away seed. Not to mention it’s a long wait for results. Sod crossed my mind, and after Craig visited to assess our situation, he phoned the next day with a very reasonable quote in which I agreed. Then he tells me he can have it delivered and installed much sooner than expected!
